So far I have these places on my list:

Hawk's
D.I.'s
Earl's
Suire's Grocery
C'est Bon
Redlich's
Lejeune's
T-Boys

Any other "can't miss" places I need to hit up?

I love Mowata Store but I think I'm going to try something new this go-round.

Been to Johnsons and to Nunu's. Like both.

I forgot most places will be closed Sunday for Easter, so I'll probably go a different weekend. Many of the places listed I'll just be getting sausage/boudin to take home.

You dont need lejeunes AND tboys. They are both excellent but they are dang near the same product. You will not be disappointed in redlichs boudin. I guarantee it!

yes, what do you need to know. the food is good and they are very consistent.

if you have already had billys you need to check out rays boudin on hwy 182. dont get the rays boudin at billys location. My favorite link boudin by far.

LINK

also if you are opelousas you could check out floyds grocery, they have some good smoked meats and sausage. meches meat market is another good place for sausage. both have boudin also.
