Going there for lunch today (buffet). Any recommendations on the place??

reviews look good, but some really bad. No middle ground.

Thoughts?

I think you answered question before you asked it. If it's like a most Indian buffets, it changes daily.

We just got back from there, I really like the place when we are looking for a change of pace. The spinach dish is my favorite and I like the rice pudding!

Very good food, but just try everything. It's a buffet, you don't have to eat everything you try. The carrot soufflé is really great if they have it.

the buffet was great. I have never really eaten Indian food, but trying all of this food was really interesting.

Bread pudding was good. kinda weird. It like having sex for the 8th time in one day. you keep eating it... even though you are tired of it.

My favorite was the tandori chicken, bread, and the mint stuff

I'm not big on Indian food (although I do like that rice pudding-type dessert) but I've heard good things about Curry N' Kabob.

I like it. We can't get idli, and a lot of other south Indian dishes here in Shreve's patch. I have not yet ordered off of the menu though. It's a keeper in my book.

Best Indian food in BR. The M.D. That owns it is a very nice guy also. Never had a less-than-excellent experience there.

- Curry N' Kabob is about equal to India's with less variety, but it's very good too. I've been a couple times and it's not been consistent though...really good the first time, just okay the 2nd time. Bay Leaf has never been anything but great (and always better than the other 2).
