Got her last month from Curt Ladner at the age of 6 weeks. She is coming along nicely but we have a ways to go before we eradicate the property of all varmints.
No, I did not shoot a squirrel out of season. I watched an owl until he killed one then ran over and picked it up so we could do a little dog training. Still don't understand why that owl killed the squirrel but didn't take it.

I have one too, that dog does not like anything that doesn't belong, which is why I love him. He killed my neighbor's cat the other night.

They're great dogs. Mine likes to dig and lay in the hole though, maybe he's retarded.

If she ends up a squirrel dog I would be happy but first and foremost I want her to tree coon and be an all round critter getter. Like riding around and the ole opossum is strolling through a food plot? "sick em" and by by to the pussum

If she's anything like mine, that thing will cause destruction on all critters that enter her domain.

Something like that would have a field day at my camp.

We're chock full of critters. Specially coons.

My neighbors cat apparently decided she was gonna come in my yard last week. All of a sudden I hear the feller barkin, I go outside, there's a cat that's just about ripped it half. He's done this to several, possums, coons, pigeons, etc. I'd have a solid huntin dog if I would've worked with him.

He is a digger and an escape artist though.

Him and my basset work together to kill shite, the basset will find and bay it, while the BMC goes Rambo and destroys whatever.

I got a BMC from Steve Howard 2 months ago. He'll be 4 months old April 7 and doing short blood trails. The wife is trying her hardest to ruin him. Hasn't slept outside since he came home and thinks his name is snuggles. Going to try and find an "owl dropped" squirrel this weekend.
