I guess my wife swayed my daughter into thinking this is where she should spend her birthday dinner... soooo... that's where me and my money and about 7 other of us will be.

What's good?

I've only eaten there, once, and I got all apps and they were all good. I can't recall which ones except the dumplings and I thought they were very good.

Lettuce wraps, pan fried dumplings, street noodles, egg drop soup.

Really, nothing is going to be spectacular, but nothing is going to be bad, either. The menu is pretty safe and satisfying.

Don't worry, it's not bad--get the lettuce wraps.

One of the MUCH better chains.

Never had a bad meal, and I LOVE Pei Wei, which is pretty much the fast food version of it, lettuce wraps and all.

You could do a lot worse.

Get the eggplant bro. I hate veggies and I could eat this shite all day. Double fried pan noodles as well.

Especially considering that most local Chinese places even in culinary cities like New Orleans are complete shite.

Only went once but the Mongolian Beef was pretty darn tasty.

Disclaimer: I love even the absolute worst Chinese on the planet. Yup. All of it.

Delicious food, never had a bad meal there (cereally), but goddammit do they load up their food with salt. If you have anyone with hypertension in your group they should steer clear of that place.

Lettuce wraps and basically what everyone else is saying. I love their iced tea flavors as well.

Used to eat there a lot, especially when I worked in Towne Center. Food and service are always good and it's a cool atmosphere.

I found a cool forum that has a ton of PF Changs recipes so I cook it at home now.

LINK

I've done the mongolian beef, chang's spicy chicken, dumplings, lettuce wraps, and the shrimp fried rice. All come out exactly like at the restaurant but for 1/4 the cost.

Noticed the mongolian beef recipe isn't on there anymore as a free recipe. I have the thread saved as a PDF if anyone wants it.

Beef chow fun. It's a wide noodle dish. Not bad
