I started a thread a few days ago about a purchase decision between the S&W Bodyguard or a Walther PPK/S. Got talked out of buying a .380 and am now looking at Colt 1911s in a .22lr, 9mm or .45 cal. Can anyone provide some input?

That's quite a step up in price from a 380. A colt 1911 ain't cheap unless you get a 22 and even then its $400. However, they are phenomenal guns. Get a real 1911, 45 acp.

There is an auction going on right now with no reserve that is much lower than $4500. It will be interesting to see where it ends up.

The gun in your sig is my latest rifle purchase. I love mine. I got the big boy caliber, though.

BTW, do you see the fapping party that you have started? You should be fined and required to clean up the mess when everybody is done.
