We're in the Spokane Region...I don't think women's tourney does east, west , etc..

Green Bay has a win in every tourney since '09 when they lost in the 1st rd to LSU. They haven't played anybody this year but they'll still be a tough out.

Green Bay could be a tough opponent. Yes, they've played a bunch of cupcakes but you don't get a 29-2 record even against weakies without having some talent. Hard to say what will happen.
