and marcel "muthafricka" jones?? Doesn't look like Loomis is bringing any more offensive MEAT in. The driveman is down with it though, muthafricka jones is going to be a beast. the main knock on him coming out of Oklahoma was he wasn't strong enough but with a red shirt YEAR he should be king of the castle

now that I think about, LB has just become so fricking overrated in today's NFL
at least that is what you hear come draft time with this evolution of the game bullshite talk from people "in the know" from the networks. They can all go to fricking hell.

I can see that right now.
I think pass rush is probably going to be the most important part of the defense going ahead as this league is becoming more pass oriented.

we haven't had an effrective front four since the 2000 season brother.
and before that, it was the Dome Patrol back in the late 80's, early 90's.
I'd like to see us pick Alec Ogletree actually. The guy has so much speed and could truly be a three down backer in this league. And I'm not sure if we have a true three down backer right now.
Hawthorne is kind of a mystery because of his health last year, plus he was playing a position he wasn't used to. I just can't get fired up with the thought of a solid future with this guy. I HOPE I'm wrong though.
Vilma... love that guy. But we all know he doesn't have much longer.
Lofton played hard last year, I like him. He just needs a fast counterpart to seek and destroy and I think Ogletree is that guy. Ogletree has the speed to cover on passing downs too.
