Elvis Dumervil's contract not filed with NFL in time. Dumervil released, as Denver Post released.
I guess CFB signing day is NOT the only time fax machines are still used in this day and age. Who new the NFL was still stuck in the 1990s too?

It's beyond my comprehension why companies still use fax machines when scans and emails are available.
