The Office is finally back after a month. Things heated up last episode with Pam being a selfish bitch. Well what do we get after a month off? A filler episode with only 9 left!

This show has gone to shite since Steve Carrell left.
Nothing will compare to seasons 1-3
This show is still on the air?
There I got them out of the way. Disappointed with the filler episode but hopefully that means there won't be a whole lot of Jim-Pam drama. Can't believe this show is almost over.

I read your first 3 lines and was thinking to myself "really, we can't go 1 post without this crap?"

Yeah this episode is actually being shown out of order. It was originally going to lead to the Dwight spinoff

It's in the same boat as HIMYM for me. Except The Office is still much more enjoyable than HIMYM. That is one where I have seen every episode and invested many years of watching it and that is the main reason I continue to watch, rather than actual enjoyment.

Perhaps it will be like those Hurley found golf clubs type episodes on Lost.
At first you are convinced it was lazy writing and a waste of an hour. Then they tie it all together with something important in the next episode.

This show needs to be put out to pasture like a dying cow. I watched religiously until this season, then just completely stopped watching.
I tried to randomly watch an ep. like 3 weeks ago and had no idea WTF was going on.

You probably didn't have any idea what was going because you watched "randomly"

I hate when people come into a thread to justify "kill this show". It's not affecting you in any way if you just don't watch

This is a dumb comment considering this is the final season.
The show probably should have ended with Michael burning the place down with all the candles he had lit for Holly. However I will say that this season has been a pleasant surprise.

Until Andy came back. I loathe his character now

I have all the episodes but I have not seen any yet. At some point I will watch them all.

Can't believe that idiot Pam wants to live the rest of her days in effing Scranton. how lame.

For the most part I have never liked Andy as a major character.

It makes no sense. "Hey Pam I started a business in New Orleans and its doing great" "Jim I rather stay in Westlake"

It's also goes against what the writers have established her character to be. I know that having children changes things, but prior to this season she has always wanted to live in the big city, NYC in particular. I think it was just as recent in the episode Lotto in season 8 where Pam describes her fantasy as living with Jim in Manhattan.
Those who complain about the show sucking now are here just to complain. It's really not that bad and it's still better than most of the comedies that the Big 4 networks put out. I'll admit Andy and Nellie both suck though. The writers making Andy's character shite I can understand, but there was no need to try and integrate Nellie into this show.
