So you guys realize that the whole gay marriage thing is 90% tax issue 10% benefits / visitation rights issue / 0% mean old men that want to deny gays happiness.

Now that we have that out of the way, if u did away with the marriage tax break you'd need to do away with the kid tax break.

Y'all good with just going to a flat tax system? Because I'm fricking tired of giving $4 out of every $10 I make to these asshat beurocrats

This statement makes no sense. The child tax break is completely unrelated to marriage. It's just less effective if you're married.
