I know its hard to see the ball.. But I have been working on trying to consistently strike the ball well every time..

Ill critique your golf attire before I critique your swing. It sucks.
Your swing is descent. Needs work but not terrible
ETA: first thing you need to do is hold your follow through. Sounds little but can help a lot with coming through the ball

If I knew anything about golf, I'd tell you your back needs to straighten up as you're leaning over the ball too much.

You prance around too much before you go to swing. Got to stay focused!
Also you watch the ball too long while its in flight. Again got to stay focused! You'll get it champ.

Yeah I agree your knees are too straight.

1. Your left shoulder comes straight upwards as your clubs moves toward contact
2. Bend your damn knees
3. Need more speed through impact (I know you might have been swinging easy for the shot)
4. Keep the angle of the club descending at impact (probably due to you picking up your shoulder in the downswing)
