Ferguson
Benitez
Wenger
Villas Boas
Mancini
Redknapp
Guardiola
Mourinho
Ancelotti
Moyes
Pellegrini
Klopp
Allegri
Conte
Mazzarri
Give 'em a letter grade, rank 'em numerically, group 'em, however you want. I'm interested in knowing what the SB Aficionados think.

As title says...club managers...no national managers.
I would say Del Bosque is epic though.
Didn't list Jupp because he is on his way to Deutschland Rest Acres but I'm open to any additions.

Can't really disagree -- since a lot of this is defined by who's been entrusted with the bigger jobs -- aside from saying that I'd like to see what Conte, Allegri, Spalletti, Mazzarri, Guidolin et al would've done with City's budget the past couple of years --to name just a few Italian managers not currently managing national teams who I think are arguably better than Mancini.
Spalletti seems to content with the slightly less high profile jobs but I'm not sure there's a better manager either.

Essentially this is what it comes down to

Klopp is the main reason BVB rose from a mediocre club to a pretty damn good club. I'd have him currently higher than Benitez and Wenger.

Liking the chances of Rodgers?

Serious question as I have no idea: is it Klopp mainly responsible for the immense amount of talent they've had recently or more their sporting director?
Whose in charge of personnel decisions?
I'd rate Klopp higher based on the degree to which he's played the major part in building that roster. Otherwise, I still think he's very good but that a lot of promising 40-something managers would be doing equally well with those players.

Benitez has won in two different leagues and has gone to two Champions League finals. Wenger has been at the top of his trade for over a decade, including assembling the greatest team to every play in the Prem.
Both are better managers than Klopp, but that isn't to say I'd rather either one over Klopp at the moment, if that makes sense.
