Looking to start adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet thru juicing. Really wanting the most inexpensive model I can find and will upgrade later.

Extracting juicers aren't cheap. Or, the cheap ones aren't worth the price. The best price:value ratio, IMHO, are the Breville juicers. Bed Bath & Beyond lets you use the ubiquitous 20% off coupon on 'em, so you can get a pretty good deal on the Breville Juice Fountain. The lighter weight/lower HP ones just won't extract much liquid.
On the other hand, a citrus press (meant solely for juicing oranges, etc) can be had for less than $30. The electric citrus presses work well for small amounts; for lots of citrus, I like the MetroKane L Press. I use a citrus press in conjunction with my bigger juicer because the press doesn't require peeling the oranges, and the Breville does. Peeling oranges is a PITA.

How much do the Breville juicers start at?

No such thing.
Do you even lift, bro?

First juicer I had I got from Walmart for $30. Black and Decker. It works fine, just be prepared to chop your fruits and veggies. My Breville ($150) is so much more convenient (for me). There are many choices between those two numbers.
Eta I think Breville starts at $100, but could be wrong. Go to target or walmart and scope it out. What do you want to spend?
