As a show of support for your fitness board I bring you the Arkansas health and fitness thread on the Arky board.
It stays pretty active. I'd imagine a board dedicated to the stuff on TD would stay even more so

The need for a workout board is now. I tried to start a workout thread last night and as usual was met with tons of flaming. That should be the number one rule on that board, if and when we get one that is.
