I am of the opinion that chicken wings should be their own food group. I could eat chicken wings damn near every meal. Is there any other food that be cooked in so many ways and turn out to be so damn tasty each and every other way?

I ate some damn fine spicy flavored chicken wings from Popeye's today for lunch. The wife wanted wings this evening from the local BWW, so I picked up more wings. She had mediums, and I devoured the Asian Zings.

You can never go wrong with chicken wings.

I completely agree with this. There is almost never a time when wings don't sound good to me. And BWW asian zing

Wings smoked in an electric smoker and then tossed in a little of your favorite BBQ sauce

Use thighs instead of wings. Same amount of work more meat.

I like to toss them with olive oil and a little Tony's. let them marinate for a while then toss them on the pit for a couple hours at 250 to 275 indirect. Toss them with Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze and grill them directly over the fire to crisp them up. Yum!! Now I know what I'm cooking Sunday.

Wings are great for any situation where I don't mind getting messy.

Wings are the best part of an otherwise flavorless bird for me and a turkey wing is a fine piece of meat as well.

I'm with you on that 100%! I love me some hot wings!

Ever get back to a bottle of opened Asian Zing in your fridge that has been there for a couple weeks? I swear that stuff gets hotter the longer it sits but it's so good.

I put it on ribs one time and wow!

Martini I usually agree with you on most things. Totally disagree with you on this. I've cooked chicken thighs buffalo style every which way possible, but they are they are still to greasy.
Pluckers has the best wings in BR. No question
