extreme 4 has on board sound and prob anything you get will as far as I know. Only extra cooling I would get right now is a cpu cooler and I recommend the hyper 212 evo I listed for you. It's a good bang for buck cheap cooler.

OK, got the HDD and the PS ordered. Getting the CPU and board Tuesday at MC, still go with the Powercooler card? or a 660? or what?

That power cooler will outperform the 660. I would get it. I don't know where you are with your budget at this point either.

Ok, got it all ordered, got the FD R4 too. Am I going to need anything special to put this together? Like athat special glue/paste for the CPU to motherboard?

Thermal paste is for the heat sink to CPU and it come with your CPU cooler. You got the hyper 212?
