Movies that would have been better if Rated R

One that sticks out to me is Major Payne.
I think its good....but it just seems like it was meant to be Rated R in a "Bad Santa" kind of way.
Any other movies you think would have been better if it was Rated R?

On the flip side, I think there are some movies that could have been better if they weren't rated R. Mostly I feel like when you know that you can get away with saying or doing anything that the writers lose some creativity and take shortcuts. Like saying frick all the time doesn't make what you're saying funny.
