Finally decided to get this off of the DVR, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised.
Very good pilot IMO. Will continue to give this one a chance.
I thought the whole cast, other than the oldest son did a really good job. Although he unexpectedly delivered a great line that was a really nice moment between him and the mom that relieved a lot of tension "What does go to the bathroom and get me my lunch money mean???"
I thought Luka from ER was really good as the kingpin guy and I love the guys who play the FBI agent and the Russian dad. Both very good in supporting roles.
Will anyone else be watching this week? Anyone know how the ratings looked?

I thought it was ok I guess and will give a couple more episodes
I do have to admit this was a freaking funny line

I enjoyed it. In the other thread that was made about it, someone commented that it is pretty much a copy of a style that has been particularly common lately. The straight person makes a bumbling foray into the crime world learning along the way. Like weeds or breaking bad. I like that sort of thing though, so I'll keep casually watching.
I found it somewhat amusing how the millionaire dad looked like a bum hippy, the type of guy who might come up to you at the pump asking for lunch money.

Yeah, no wonder the FBI was all over him as a potential weed distributor
That guy is a good actor though. Very good in Hell on Wheels. Interested to see if his character will stick around somehow through flashbacks or more videos.

It was a lot better than I thought it would be. I'll continue to DVR it.

I watched the first episode(s). I like Radha Mitchell a lot. But I got bored and, really, there's nothing special about it. Not horrible, but nothing to keep me watching really.

The ratings were horrible - won't make it past this season. So don't get too involved.

Yeah, it really doesn't have any staying power and I really lost interest as I watched.
I don't see this show lasting very long.
It's a very boring premise and would've been better off as premise for an episode for other mob series.
