I don't get it either. It's a good movie.
I find the reason for hate on this movie were people going in expecting Saving Private Ryan.
I felt that Cap could have used two films in WWII, but the movie itself was in the same vain as the original Spider-man.

I think X-Men 2 may be the best, but it's not my favorite.
2 favaorites I guess would be TDK and Spiderman 2.
