Mrs. Wales is staying in this area all week for work. They have scheduled meals and activities every night but one. She wants suggestions on good restaurants. There will be a group of around 20. She didn't specify restaurant type, but I know she doesn't like Asian cuisine and would probably prefer a good steakhouse or Mexican establishment.

TIA

Chuy's for Tex Mex. They have several locations around the Dallas area. The enchiladas with boom boom sauce and the steak burrito with hatch green chili sauce are both excellent.

I like chuy's. Mia's is better.

For Asian: Tei Tei is great sushi. Tei-An is a japanese soba place.

You'll have to drive to any of these. Not much in the West End but chains. There are some high end places pretty close to the West End like Stephen Pyle's and his less pricey place called Samar.

Right next door to Stephen Pyle's. Here is the menu: LINK

They are close to Mia's but would still have to drive. LINK

Tei An is close too LINK

Don't go to El Fenix or Iron Cactus which are both close but lousy.

Perry's is pretty close and is one of the best. Al Biernets and Pappas Bros. are 2 other excellent places that are fairly close.
