What is the best morning time to see Mike the Tiger?

I am driving through BR Easter weekend and plan on stopping on campus with my fiancee (no pics) to see Mike the Tiger. Any suggestions on what time I should aim for to see him?

Always seemed pretty active around 9:00 when I would be going to class.

Every morning I walk past him at 10:00 am and he is always roaming around and swimming then.
Mornings are the best time to see him active because they just brought him out of the inside part of the enclosure.

Random. I don't remember exactly but he has said many times that he was extremely depressed and planning to commit suicide when he decided to visit Mike. Mike saw him, came over, and put both paws on the glass (as if he were "hugging" the guy). The guy took it as a sign from God & decided not to kill himself.
Now he visits Mike daily (last I knew) as kind of a "thank-you" and Mike comes over to him EVERY TIME. It's freaky. The guy can hide behind a post and maybe just stick his head out briefly and Mike locks in on him & comes running. It really is pretty amazing.

Here's a real short video showing how Mike "hugs" the guy. Blows me away how he totally locks in on him & goes right over.
