Need a blue cheese dip recipe

I have some maytag blue in my fridge. Want a good simple recipe. Thanks

take blue cheese...throw in trash.

Go to store, buy blue tortilla chips, and make any other cheese dip.

Equal parts blue cheese, sour cream, and mayo. Squeeze of lemon and some cracked pepper.

2 1/2 ounces blue cheese
3 tablespoons buttermilk
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

4 green onions, finely chopped

2 tablespoons dried parsley

4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

garlic salt to taste

Chill for a few hours

1c. Soft cream cheese

1c. Sour cream

3/4c. Blue cheese

3 Green onions

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Salt & pepper, to taste

Dash of paprika

Beat together cream cheese & sour cream. Add crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, chopped green onions, parsley, & thyme. Season, to taste, with salt & pepper, sprinkle with a dash of paprika.

Take any of the wonderful recipes offered already and mix in some crispy bacon crumbles. Serve warm with homemade potato chips.
