Could the gnat shooters hit this target?

Recently someone posted a link showing the "gnat" shooting down yall's way. That looked like fun, too, but could they hit this target if the operator was really trying to dodge and twist? Watch this thing take off...if you can. You gotta be quick. (Skip past the ad at the first of the YouTube video...yuck)
