Is there a lot of new construction in Zachary and Central?
Not sure about Central. They seem to be anti growth.
Zachary has some housing going up here and there. Not like it was 5-10 years ago.

I can think of about 6 subdivisions off the top of my head where new construction is going on right now in Central. I just got done with a new build in Central.

You would know better than I. Someone told me a rousing story of an attempt to get a small $200kish neighborhood approved that went very badly when they went to Sammy's for planning and zoning.
I'm still trying to figure out the utility of the sullivan road circle myself as opposed to a good ol 3 way.
I don't think you can go wrong with Central or Zachary if you are working in BR.

Oh, don't get me started about the politics of zoning in Central. It's the one bad thing I've seen in the 2 years I've been here. The circle you're talking about is just their way of trying to be fancy, IMO. I don't have anything bad to say about Zachary. It's an easy commute to BR and they have great schools. It's a great place to live.
