A flood and a storm and they can't enforce to law for a couple years so they are going to change the whole system.

Im interested in the dates of the new Area 4 and what, if any, change they will make to area 6 season dates. If this goes through I'll be hunting in both areas.

Lack of population . It's a ton better than it was 10 years ago but it still has a ways to go . There will be a record book buck taken from there soon tho

Got a buddy down here in BR, that hunts on some of that prime real estate that have produced many LASM covers, he said that place is the sleeper.

It is man . Their gun season has only been like 2 or 3 weeks ever since I can remember .

It was a big article in the advocate a couple weeks ago. Basically, both zones get to keep the same dates you are used to. The big kicker is, Area 4 will have doe days again and area 6 will be doe day every day. Hwy 61 is the line between area 4 and 6.
The doe days they are proposing for area 4 are every saturday and sunday (in gun season, bow season oct-nov16th still wide open) in the season plus the Friday after thanksgiving.

Anyone know why West Carroll gets its own area? Did they clear out the deer there years ago?
