i really don't think he acted like a douche at all. he did everything that was asked of him and he was very polite to the cops. he didn't seem to be out flaunting the fact that he was open carrying. It is a little weird that he was filming the accident scene in the first place but that's neither here nor there.

Did anyone read the description under the video? He was later arrested and served 4 days in jail. Also had camera confiscated. Had to be more to it than the video showed.

Seems like the guy decided to get as close to the accident as possible while filming and open carrying trying to get a reaction from officers.
