Mine

5. Turkey Necks .... nothing makes a better gravy.

4. Bacon .... Wrights brand or better, not the cheap stuff loaded with sodium

3. Thick Cut Porterhouse .... filet and a strip in one, I'll take it.

2. Chicken Thighs ..... versatile, flavorful, under rated IMHO

1. Jumbo Lump Crab Meat ..... whether out the shell, mixed into a past dish, however you serve it, I'm fine with it.

2. Pig cheeks
3. Fish cheeks
4. Pig head (minus cheeks)
5. Sweetbreads

Was tough to leave tongue and other organ meats out.
