Just found the sunlight maggot helmet. Tomb of the giants will be so easy now that I dont have to sacrifice my shield to carry around that lame lamp anymore.

If I were the makers of this game. I would have made this area, then hid some path into the water that was almost invisible and would run for a ridiculously long time until it branched off into a dozen different directions and then one path lead to some amazing secret.
Then i would have not told a soul about it, even in the game guide. I would just wait for some lucky, or extremely nerdy kid to find it and lose their shite.

just had a long arse duel with this guy in undead parish.
my sorcery proved to be too much for his agility and his swordsmanship.
sent his invader arse packing.

it comes and goes. I was able to get in an hour or two of screwing around. I've been trying to get through NG+. Last thing I did was slay the capra demon and open up the depths.
Had to repel a few invaders during this time.
I doubt I'll play much tonight though.

I started a new game, and I'm hopelessly hooked again. I quit last time after getting stuck at Sen's Fortress with my glass cannon sorcerer. I had a much easier time with my current character. I've been pumping points into endurance and vitality, and I'm using lightning weapons (switching between claymore and spear). I just got Havel's armor so I went back and grabbed his ring.

I'll be tackling Sen's Fortress with my SL45 wanderer this afternoon I think.
Also rolled a glass cannon last night for the hell of it. Picked up the Crimson set and Tin Banishment catalyst, and raped the Burg. Then got invaded and got destroyed

I think I may cut thru new Londo to the other entrance to blight town.

I'm not sure I'm just trying one out.
The idea is to max damage output with high intelligence, and take out enemies from range. But one hit and you're dead.
Apparently it is a viable build, especially late when you get powerful spells.

Magic and enchanted itemsscale with int as well. I've rounded out my glass cannon into a decent melee fighter in certain situations.
Dex can be a useful stat because it apparently speeds up cast times. That is what I have read anyway.

I've been focusing on leveling up my int lately as well.
I'm in the Tomb of Giants. Is there anything more annoying on this game than those little baby skeletons that bith and poison you? I hate those little cocksuckers
I THINK I can take out Neto solo. Unfortunately I only have 5 estus flasks. If I end up having to kindle to get my 15 back, I may as well summon help (hint)

NIto is real easy. The key is taking out his skeleton minions with a divine weapon so they dont come back and bother you while you focus on the big guy.
