Obviously your only glaring problem is how far inside you get the club. Your take away is really good but let your hands get out there first. oh, and get rid of the plaid shorts

Don't get ahead of yourself. Lets start from the beginning.
First, you need to complete a weight transfer for your backswing before you even consider impact and follow through. What is happening is you aren't shifting your weight enough to begin with, so there is no need for your weight to shift coming through, which is why it looks like your hanging back coming through it.
Without swaying, make sure you are getting your weight over your right foot on the backswing, feeling it more in your hips than foot. That will cause you to force your body to come through the ball, as you will have no choice if you want to make impact.

I would like to raise my follow-thru to around my neck area instead of down by my shoulders.
No you don't. People would kill for that position. The reason you are hooking it is because your weight is staying back, causing the natural bottom of your arc to be behind the ball. Working on your weight transfer without worrying about this will even everything out in the end.

looks like you just have the classic "hang back" going on and your weight is staying too far back at impact and through impact...honestly the rest doesn't look all that bad. I agree wiht the pros here...work on getting over to your left side and you will not be hooking it anymore.

Don't hate on my shorts, my golf fashion is outstanding! Did you not see the profile pic on that page?

Weav, I can def see how I'm doing that from the start. That's gonna be priority at the range till I get it better. The last thing I wanted to do was start changing a bunch of things, it's a relief to hear its really just one main thing to focus on.
Sorry about the delay in replying to all the input, I've been hung up on a job all day long and I'm headed to an emergency call now. So much for getting to the range to start practicing this stuff immediately

Like you said, that one thing will more than likely fix a lot of your immediate problems, so only focus on that right-side transition build-up. Focus on not swaying, but "stacking" your knee, hip, and shoulder over that right foot. Keep that head as still as possible and you'll be good to go.

Did you watch the rest of the videos?

Negative. I only thought there was one.

If you scroll down there's a few more. What's so frustrating is that I feel like I take the same swing with my 3 wood as I do my driver but that thing is as smooth as a baby's butt. I rarely have issues with what my 3 wood does for me on the course. Yet every other club goes left

Where do you play? That course looks beautiful

Get ready for lots of rocks... I live in horseshoe bay, tx in the hill country outside of Austin and San Antonio. The Horseshoe Bay Resort has 4 courses. The first videos are from the range at what's called Cap Rock which has 2 fantastic courses called Applerock and Ramrock. The second videos where I'm in the red shirt are from the range at the original course called Slickrock. All 3 of those are Robert Trent Jones courses and have fantastic layouts, scenery, and playability.
The 4th course out here is nearly brand new, called Summit Rock. It's a Jack Nicklaus Signature course and I haven't been able to play it yet.
ETA: there are tons more golf courses out here in the hill country and between this area and Austin and San Antonio, it's a golfers dream to live out here.
... If you can stand living in Texas...

That's awesome. Louisiana has some great courses, but you just don't get the scenery like you would in other places.
Can you imagine your home course looking like this:

I played at a course over in Ruidoso, NM last month with the mountains in the background. I'm sure that picture is how it looks in the spring and summer but in January there was snow in the fairways and all the greens were actually browns. I didn't care tho, I was on vacation and I wanted to play golf while on vacation

A few summers ago I played a course in Angelfire NM, it pretty much looked just like that

Damn, how old is your coach. Dude sounds boring as hell.
I don't wanna hear about Trevor, and Tyler, and Douchey, and whoever. He needs to focus on your swing.

I played it a few years ago in a tournament in the summer. They had completely lost control of fast and firm. I was hitting 2 irons off the tee that were running 100 yards through the fairway

We did focus on my swing quite a bit and he was using the video for illustrative purposes. I don't I am going to complain much as I never have coached anyone to a Nationwide, European PGA and PGA tour victory.
I guess boring will be just alright for me.
