Who do you get matched up with on average at that high of a level?
I can search and find people that have gold walls/purple walls and lvl 8 TH. The ones I go after usually have pink/purple walls, lvl 1 X-Bow, and lvl 6 mortars at least.
I can get my 50% with just my archer/barb/wb combo so that is still what I use. Usually get 80-90k in gold/elixir and then the 13000 bonus. So I profit about 40-50k

They are legit.
Though the best thing I've used is level 6 balloons. They destroy all.

If you're goblin raiding and only have goblins to give, just pay attention to not give them to someone waiting on something big. Other than that I like goblins in my CC for raids bc it's just extra stuff. Before I go to sleep or when I won't be raiding all day with no shield is when I'll try to get a dragon or something.

does anybody still use the giants/healer combo?
i tried to start using it again and it's just not working for me
i dropped 10 lvl 4 giants and 1 lvl 2 healer on one side of a base and all my other troops on the opposite side. the giants didn't make it past the second set of defenses. they took out 1 cannon and 1 archer tower before they were all dead.

working on lvl 5 WB now. Then Barbs then Giants then Dragons. LvL 5 Gobs and archers do work son!
Huge difference in LvL 4 archers to LvL 5 IMO.
Right now I win almost every raid with 100 archers 6 giants and rest goblins.

must be doing it wrong or troops aren't lvl's high enough.
108 - lvl 5 Archers
12 - 1v1 5 Giants
6 - lvl 5 WB's
1 - lvl 3 Healer
lvl 4 Barb King
drop an archer outside base nearest to CC. See if they have CC troops.
If so, drop archers on edge of the map so the turrets can't kill your archers while your taking out their CC troops. The CC troops will get slaughtered with 10 archers.
Same thing if they have a Barb King.
If not, send in all giants to the nearest or easiest accessible AA. Use WB's to get to it quickly. Even Rage Spell if necessary. Then drop Healer. Drop archers next to defensive turrets that are focused on the giants. keep dropping WB's til you've opened their base up.
If it's a fricking checkerboard jackass.....
same thing but on opposite side of the base. drop your barb king. let him draw the attention of the D. drop archers to any turrets focused on him.
once I have their AA destroyed....it's over for them. Their turrets aren't strong enough to kill the giants with the healer following. And good placement of archers. there's no stopping me. the mass archers will destroy their base in a matter of seconds.
most of the time i hardly use all of the troops i have saved up too. depending on how weak their base is.

I really like that strategy but have a tough time using it against TH8s. I modified it a little. Ill go 8 wb , 14-16 giants 2 level 3 dragons, 20 gobs, 24 archers, drop a couple archers to cherry pick and try to cut down the extra buildings I don't want my dragons stuck on... I drop the giants and WBs in two groups enough on one side to gt out the AA and then the rest on the more heavily guarded AA. As soon as the 2 AAs are gone I drop the dragons together. If the barb king is available i drop him opposite side I don't want him targeted by ground attacks that the dragons can focus on while their idle. This has been working up to pink/purple wall combos and I usually can get some big scores usually will only unleash this on 200k/200k and above. Ill scale it down if its only a th7.

The ~1200 trophy lvl is a gold mine. 100 archors/100 barbs is all I need to 100% these guys. Amazing.
