...hunters could comfortably hunt this amount of land? I need to ride the property but it has been hunted for awhile with decent success. Described as "lots of hardwood with a little pine." I apologize if this has been discussed.

You really need to know what the surrounding property has...

There is a lot more that goes into how many people can be on a lease than the actual size. The proximity of it to larger tracts of woods and the shape of it are 2 that come to mind. We had a 100 acre lease and comfortably hunted 3 box stands. It was shaped long and narrow though and basically surrounded by large tracts of land.

From what I gather its bordered by other good sized tract....dunno how they are hunted. Dont know the shape yet. I believe there were three men on it before. I am not new to hunting but am just now getting serious about still hunting. Grew up dog hunting and only still hunting to pass the time before and after the dog hunts. I miss it tremendously. So gonna give this a try and atempt to do it right.

Lease it, unless it is very expensive, use it till you find something better. 2 in the hand is better than 1 in the bush...

2......me and a buddy had hunting rights to another friends land. It was like yours around 100 acres. We put up two stands and had no problems. We actually had around 4 stands but you didnt want someone in all 4 at the same time.

I hunt on 65 acres, and we can have up to 6 people hunting at a time with no problems. None of the stands are in sight of each other, and one stand can have 10 deer pass it and another could not see anything.

It all comes down to using the natural terrain to your advantage. Hills, bottoms, and woodlines can allow 2 guys to hunt in pretty close proximity. We have 3 box stands and 4 ladder stands. 2 of the ladders are looking at the same crossing, so we never hunt those 2 together.

We usually only have 2-3 hunting at one time, and I would love to have access to hundreds of acres. But we own the 65 acres we hunt on, and we have killed plenty of nice deer over the years.

1, 2 possibly, but that would be pushing it IMO. What is the terrain like?

Geez, would not want to be anywhere near that many people hunting with rifles on that small of a piece of property.

I always followed the rule of 1 person per 100 acres, but you could probably hunt two on that tract.

I am looking for something similar to you around 150 acres for 3 people. We have hunted 3 people on a long narrow 80 acre tract that only has around 50-60 acres of hunt-able woods with no problem.

I was thinking three no problem but the kicker is if someone wants to bring a friend or something. It would be all family and close friends so we should be ok. Guess I need to go ride this property and work out the details.
