1. Flacco
2. Rodgers
3. Brady
4. Roethlisberger
5. Ryan
People on the board that he didn't choose:
Griffin III
Luck
Kaepernick
Eli
Peyton
When asked if this makes Flacco the best QB in the league, Hoge said "without a question. He's proved it, he's earned it..."

How are people like that allowed to keep their jobs? I mean, unless he went into the meeting room ahead of time and said "look..I know this is crazy and stupid but it'll generate discussion and people will call or tweet or blog about it and it'll make some headlines. Good for business yes?" then how can any of his bosses think he's doing his job at an adequate level?
