Tomlinson won the MVP with Cameron as the OC in San Diego, so clearly he doesn't always abandon the run. Baltimore had Bernard Pierce this year to take some of the load off of Ray Rice.

Payton abandons the run all the time. I guess some wouldn't be happy with him either.

Did norv or cam call plays when cam was in SD? I honestly don't know, but I thought Norv called plays for some or all of Cam's tenure as OC.

Cam was the OC, but im sure Norv had some influence, however not totally positive.

This has Les Miles Butt Buddy written all over it

At least be big enough of butt buddies to leave the OC alone this time

Cause they choked. Clearly they got that under control once he left.

Main thing i like about cam is hes coached both wrs and qbs in the past and has a pretty good track record of developing qbs. Heck he got gus frerotte to the pro bowl as a qb coach

Agreed. Great hire.

If true, the Rant will want him fired after the Spring game.

However, if we hire the same guy who didn't feed Ray Rice the ball I will be pissed

This may be the perfect compliment to Miles, though.

One wants to feed Hill and the other wants to throw. Hopefully the result is a nice balance.

Have you seen his HC record?

Besides, that will be one long wait...

Miles and Cameron, yes.

But they were discussing Cameron working as OC under NOrv Turner and simple google search is all you need to answer that.

I got mixed up too and thought you were talking about Miles and Cameron. Looking back, I'm not sure how.

My favorite part of this thread are the people saying they don't want the guy that quit giving ray rice the ball, yet pretty much everyone complains about us running the ball too much.
