Who is the Charlie Murphy look alike that is always with John Harbaugh?

I looked through the coaches on the ravens website, but did not see him. But this guy is always with Harbaugh, and every time the camera is on him, there the guy is. He goes with him on the field prior to the game, and post game guids him all over. I would go so far as to say 90% of the times they showed the ravens sideline, there he was in the shot.

There are a couple of guys he looks like, one is pink from the Friday franchise, the other would be Chalky from Boardwalk Empire.
Anywho, the guy always looks pissed, and is always manhandling the camera people on the field. He's got to be some kind of bad arse midget security guy.
