Oksy, let me make sure I get the concept - the penalty box would be the only place the banned could post until they finish serving their suspensions?
Would unbanned posters be able to post in there? If so, could an unbanned poster get banned for something posted in there?
Either way, that could provide for some of the most entertaining reading ever....ever.

ANOTHER military thread on the O-T today - somebody going to Afghanistan and wants to know what to pack.
For Chicken's sake, we have a soccer board (I'm repeating myself, but for good reason.)

There was actually ANOTHER military thread on the OT today? 
I'm sick and tired of ALMOST EVERY DAY another military thread clogging the OT and costing Chicken bandwidth

I'm advocating for an entire board dedicated to military topics. It's possible the community is being served by topics on the O-T, Political, Outdoor board, whatever, I created this thread for the discussion. I see there is no groundswell of support on the help board, but I don't see any harm in having the conversation.
