9mm Ammo Quality Question

Picked up a box of PPU (prbvi paritzan) today for less than 15 bucks. They're even cheaper than TulAmmo- which is why I didn't buy more.
So tell me, how bad are they?

It's pretty dirty or atleast it was in my 40.

I don't think they are that bad. Bout the same as every other cheap brand.

Thanks. I figured they were too cheap to be decent. There were about 8 other boxes of 50 rounds available and it was tempting.
