Movies that Bear No Resemblance to Source Material

Some movies resemble the source material in name only.
Off the top of my head, I can think of three: Total Recall, The Running Man, and the Bourne Identity.
What else you got?

Good one on League
You can't say World War Z yet.
Johnny Mnemonic is another one. Gibson writes great stories. I don't know why people insist on fricking with them so much. I can understand changing Dick's stuff around. So much of his books take place in the minds of his characters. Gibson is more in your face cyber punk.

Ironically all three are excellent movies as well, which is a rarity for books to film.

Hunger Games. I know they changed the name, but it bears no resemblance to when I read the Running Man.

Not sure about Super Mario Bros. Was there really source material to work with? Plumbers get transported to a world populated by turtles, toads, and a fire breathing reptile. I think the movie covered that pretty well...

There's a wanted book? Or is it a comic?
