I don't hate you at all. I like you.

Sometimes I make smart arse comments about the admins because they are admins and I like to poke the bear a little every now and then.

No offense intended.

Mea Culpa.

Nike has been lacking in the club department. Really only thing they can do is shoes and apparel. Callaway, Taylor Made, Titleist are just superior brands to Nike in that department.

does any pro use ones at edwin watts? the OP didn't specify that he was only asking about ones at edwin watts.

I have read or heard that Tiger (and maybe Rory as well) actually use irons made by Miura with a Nike logo. Not sure if true or not, but it seems like it was in one of the golf magazines.

Tiger has won 6 majors since switching, though.

The tour guys have very specific needs. Shaft properties, lofts, swing weight, lie angle, bounce grind, etc. Which is really important because they have a repeating swing. Most golfers don't make the same swing twice in the same round, making the tolerances required by tour pros unnecessary.

Don't switch from mizuno to Nike. Nike may be one of the worst brands of clubs there are. You see how good rory played with them this week. Mark my words. Rorys game will take a substantial decline this yea with the switch to Nike. I advise anything besides Nike

Nike clubs generally stink. Tigers shite is custom made.

Callaway is the best in the industry. IMO

I have some ap2s and love them... I just have to dial the yardages down a bit. In oklahoma the wind is a bitch. Hit a driver before into a 197 par 3

Luke Donald plays off the rack mp64s.

Also mizuno has several sets that are not blades and offer more forgiveness.

New covert line is light years ahead of any other Nike. They are on par with all major manufacturers and better than all IMO.
