Thanks. I'm pretty excited. My wife is very excited. Since we have been married (8 months ago) we have been renting my grandmother's house since she has been moved to an assisted living facility. Her house has been on the market for about 2 years now and we moved into there from an apartment until the house sold or we found a house. We found a house that is literally across the street so the move will be very easy. Our scheduled closing date is March 8th and the homeowners have requested us give them until 6pm on the 9th to move all their stuff out. I was totally fine with that because I actually know the couple so we take possession on the 9th and can start moving in.
The house has been totally renovated from top to bottom and has a brand new roof, hvac system, and water heater. The things I'm most excited about are the surround sound installed in the living room ceiling and the back porch surround sound and tv out there.
