And throwing the football of course. Soccer has plently of drills that help with footwork, balance, and agility. this would help him out tons. Soccer athletes have some of the best footwork around. He should be doing ladder drills constantly as well. Like the icky shuffle.

Funny you should start this thread. He played on a rec soccer team last year and he was pretty bad. They played him at defender and he couldn't move for shite.

No doubt. Met needs to knock the sandbags off of his feet.

Just when I thought I'd seen it all on the rant, you go and start a thread like this.

Soccer my arse. He needs the ladder, jump rope, and the pads where he works on his footwork in the pocket.

We all know you don't get any better with increased reps. Back to the soccer board with you

He might be doing that a lot next season while the left tackle situation gets sorted out.

People doggin soccer...calm down. The game can be very physical if the refs allow it

It really helps agility, speed, and quickness. Something mett needs a lot to improve

Anybody see the qb camp with gruden and luck last year. How quick and fluid luck got out of his drops?

Mett needs to go to whoever trained luck
