Louisiana Recreational Offshore Landing Permit

Louisiana offshore anglers will now be required to carry this Permit for keeping certain species. Reporting only required for Yellowfin Tuna catches.
Sorry if this is old news, but I did search. I knew this had been talked about for years. Would hate for anybody's trip to be ruined by not having........
