McGriff is way too low. Look at his career numbers. Never link to steroids and no suspision. He was hitting 30-40 homers almost yearly just before the steroid era when that was a ton of homers. He hit 20+ homers in 15 seasons, finished with 493.

he and Tom Emansky revolutionized the game

It will be a travesty if Biggio doesn't get in.

I agree, and he should. I think Biggio is very comparable to Sandberg in stats. They have very similar batting stats. Biggio played 5 more years and has the 3000 hits, while Sandberg has the MVP. It took Sandberg 3 tries to get in, so it'll probably be similar for Biggio.

I think that Piazza might be the only one that gets in this time. Of the voters (48) that ESPN spoke with less than 40% said they will vote for Bonds this year, Sosa was at 14%

Larry Walker --- 22.9% ---> 5% too low

I wish he had a couple more great years to get himself into the hall of fame. He might of been the best 5 tool player of his generation.

Coaches baseball at my old high school now. I think they have won back to back state championships.

I would say Jack Morris finally gets in and Tim Raines and Alan Trammell get close.

Like someone mentioned previously it took Sandberg 3 tries, Biggio should be the same.

Do they play U2 when he takes a trip to the mound?
