The season wasnt all too bad when you only had 8 starters from last year, lost the honey badger, and lost 2 games in the final minute. This team could of ended up with one loss, but it just didnt fall that way. Dont know why everyone thinks its the end of the world.

I'll say this. We lost to two team in the 2007 regular season that ended up with 4 losses if I'm not mistaken and we still won a national title.

We lost to 3 teams this year with a combined 4 losses.

Does that make me feel any better? Not really.

Because no matter who is on the field, our head coach is going to call pass plays on 2nd and 2 with a 125 yd through 3 quarters running back sitting there as a decoy.

What does this havew to do with not preparing or repairing a sub-standard offense.

The way our last 2 losses ended will hurt, but I'll be one that will try to move on.

Its not the end of the world, its the gradual demise of a football powerhouse due to the inability of a head coach to recognize and correct his lack of performance on Offense. Next season will be another step down the ladder if the Offense cant make up the slack we will have on Defense left behind by the half a dozen starter leaving.
