Did Spencer Ware Announce Intentions to Declare for the 2013 NFL Draft?

I searched didn't see this, rumor is going around my office.

ETA:

The office rumor's source was Glenn Guilbeau in this morning's TownTalk.

Hope so, gives other backs carries. He is good but nothing special. He is a strong back that can block and catch, should do well.

I have some pretty "reliable" sources and word is that expect many juniors to leave early for the NFL.........and might be germans but a lot of players are not motivated at all to play tonight
