Which brings me to a hell of a question...

How many banded ducks do you think get eaten by foxes, eagles, die of old age, or just get lost once knocked down a year?

When I was younger and hunted Reelfoot Lake all the time, we would kill the hell out of coots just to watch the eagles come pick them up. Simply amazing birds!

Ok so this picture got me to thinking. If you were duck hunting and this eagle flew by with the duck in its talons and you shot "at the duck" but "accidentally" it the eagle, how many years would you spend in jail for that shite? Because we all know you would be fricked.
