Local shop has a bottle of Elijah Craig 23 for $275. Anyone tried this? I had a couple of bottles of the 18 yr and I thought they were great. I never got a bottle of the 21yr. Prices keep going up and up though.
Also have 2 bottles of the Wild Turkey Diamond Anniversary edition at $140.

Is that bourbon really that much better than a $50 bottle? I really don't know

I find the 23 to be a little too woody. I prefer the 21.

That's about $100 overpriced. There's some next door to me right now for $175

They've got a pretty respectable list.

LINK

Hopefully they keep the NYC pricing out of NOLA though.

No joke. Avenues prices aren't bad at all so they'll have to compete.

Awesome concept but I have a feeling that as soon as the juice melts the ice a little, you'll have a big awkward shaped piece of ice floating around in your cup.

Eta: never mind... It's in a mold... I think?

I'm getting one

I want to know if the ice comes in direct contact with the juice... Or if there's silicone in between.

Looks like it does after you pull the silicone mold out. So it may slide around like you were saying?
