They're black and blue but I have yet to feel any real pain. I cleaned and did laundry yesterday. I took it slow and didn't lift anything. Saturday it looked like I had four balls. That was weird.

Well it was a Navy doc doing the procedure. shite doesn't hurt so I'm not worried about it. I iced them all weekend so I'm pretty sure I'm all set.

They said a jock strap, Under Armor compression shorts, or have fricked up balls. They said I can wear briefs or boxer briefs after a week. I can't remember the last time I wore anything other than boxers.

I switched to boxer briefs and never looked back
They don't creep near as much
