I pay for a membership. I personally think its dumb marking up for an NRA donation. Especially that much.

yeah, wish I had $3000 to drop on that DD and BCM rifle right now, I like those FDE upper/lower combos with all black, and that DD is just a steal.

I like how the bolt release is on the right side.

KAC uppers are all totally ambidextrous. They also come with a 4.5lb, 2 stage match trigger

Yeah that's awesome. I have the magpul BAD but built in would be 1000x better. I'm not really a fan of the big lever.

i almost want the KAC not only it's position at the top of the AR food chain, but for the mythical exclusivity. it would be an absolute head turner at the range. call me vain, idc

Thats a gorgeous rifle. My regret when I built my 300 was my WC upper barrel is stainless.

Well they would think you were anyway. Till they saw that your rifle is worth more than the car you drove to the range.

finally got a little cash and started ordering parts for my upper. Went with BCM blemished/demo upper and BCM barrel.

Any recomedations from the board. This is my first build. Blemished uppers from BCM seem like a pretty good deal for $99. Seems like 50/50 getting one in real good shape. If its too bad may just get another and keep a spare.

Here's a list of tools that will make assembling a complete rifle from scratch much easier.

Roll pin holders
Action block/vise block set
Roll pin punches
Gem state armorer's wrench
