I have never seen them for sale so I have no idea how much they cost. In todays market, what should be my ceiling price?

Well, I haven't seen a Daniel Defense BCG in a long time. I think they're using all their BCGs in their rifles only. BCM is what you'll have the best chance of getting. They were $159 before the panic. Then they raised them to like $179-$189. Now they're $225, and that includes a donation to the NRA. They've been going for $300-$400 on GB. If anyone, you may be able to snatch one up with them come in stock for 3 minutes at a time.

There is one on GB right now with 13 minutes left to go at $325. As far as what you SHOULD pay, that's up to you my friend.

What is a good price to offer for any of the following:
1) BCM M4 upper with 200 rds and one range session down the pipe. Virtually new as pictured. MaTech BUIS can be added with the right deal;
2) Colt 604 upper with Bushmaster Dissy barrel/front end, appx. 1200 round count;
3) DPMS Chrome Bolt Carrier, like new, very low round count
4) RRA Chrome Bolt Carrier, like new, may not have been fired (I can't recall);
5) Colt Phosphate Bolt Carrier, approximately 1500 rounds (as estimated by person who I picked it up from as a spare);
6) 2 Colt MPC marked bolts, both in similar shape, look like they have seen about 1k rounds each
7) 1 RRA Chome Bolt that may be brand new

Starting to hate LEOs - my bro-in-law is getting a Windham Weaponry AR15 that normally retails for $1280 for the law enforcement price of $750.
ETA: he may also get an AR10 with a Leupold scope from a seizure he made a while back - it will belong to the PD but he gets to be the primary handler of it

Im not real keen on the used parts market, hopefully someone more knowledgable can chime in. I had got most of my parts prior to the shitstorm, so all I've really been looking at is bcg's.
