I'll run some weekly threads over the daily one's since most have erratic gym times. I usually hit the gym 4x week sometime Mon-Sat.
DB Presses, Push Presses, Side Laterals, Front Raises, Shrugs, etc.. A mix of some of these lifts, usually 9-10 working sets for Delts and 3 sets of Shrugs. Right shoulder pain my force me to tone the weights down to typical OT weak bodies.

I don't have to waste time skipping some songs on Pandora or my ipod when I start it up..
